58-year-old deaf and dumb charcoal burner beheaded

On her own farm in Fetteh Kakraba, in the Gomoa East District of the Central Region, a 58-year-old deaf and dumb charcoal burner had her head and vagina chopped.

According to reports, the deceased left her house on Saturday, October 29, 2022, in the evening to check on her charcoal but never came back.

Abubakar Sulemana, a resident, told newsmen that he and a group of young people had gone to weed the Muslim cemetery when they learned that the woman, a mother of three, was missing.

He claimed that after making the decision to look for the woman, they eventually discovered her deceased body, which had been dumped in a bush and had been partially dismembered.

After receiving information about the occurrence, the Police showed up at the spot to transport the deceased to the Police Hospital Mortuary.

The Kasoa Police have started an inquiry into the incident.

At the time that this report was submitted, no one had been arrested.
