A First Vice Chairman of the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) in the Offinso South Constituency in the Ashanti Region, Mr. Dawuda Afriyie has met his untimely death in a road crash.
The politician was crushed to death by a speeding vehicle while he was on a motorbike on Wednesday 25th October 2023, according to a report.
The sad incident was said to have happened a few meters from the deceased’s house while Dauda was joining the main road in front of his house in the constituency to campaign ahead of the party’s presidential primaries.
The death of the energetic young politician has come as a shock to his family and the NPP party, especially those in the Offinso South Constituency.
