Dr. Henry Kwabena Kokofu, Esq., the Executive Director of Ghana’s Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and Special Envoy of the Climate Vulnerability Forum (CVF), is leading a powerful coalition of 48 nations and the EPA to attend the Conference of the Parties (COP28), which the United Arab Emirates is hosting in Dubai.
At COP 28, Dr. Kokofu is interacting with world leaders and stakeholders to convey the urgency of the global community’s need to address climate change and to inspire hope.
