John Dramani Mahama, the former president and opposition National Democratic Congress’ 2024 presidential candidate, starts a two-day tour of the Central Region.
He will pay the Oguaa Manhene a courtesy call at his palace in Emintsimadze, Cape Coast, during his visit to the region.
He’ll go on to Abura Ayeldo in the Abura Asebu Kwamankese Constituency and interact with the locals there, sharing his policies and providing further details on the 24 Hour Economy initiative.
The Chief and people of Nyankomasi Ahenkro in the Assin South Constituency will also be receiving him.
Additionally, the former president will interact with NDC party members at Twifu Praso Nursing Training Collage Park.
He will then relocate to the Jukwa Community in order to interact with the residents.
He will meet with commuters and drivers’ unions at the Mankessim Lorry Station in the Mfantseman Constituency on his second day.
In the Agona East Constituency, he will also interact with members of the community at Agona Asafo Presbyterian Park. After that, he will make a courtesy call to the Awutu Traditional Council at Awutu Bereku.
Prof. Aseidu, the Central Regional Chairman of the NDC, claims that this tour will allow Mr. Mahama to explain to Ghanaians why, should he win the 2024 election, the 24 Hour Economy policy must be implemented.
He says that since the Central Region needs John Dramani Mahama more than the NDC, all of the party’s executives are prepared to work tirelessly to propel the NDC to victory in the forthcoming elections.
