Asare Gabby Otchere-Darko, a political strategist and pillar of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), has expressed dissatisfaction with the party’s failure to promote its accomplishments in recent years.
Otchere-Darko thinks the government has done a fantastic job of running the nation, even in light of the recent economic difficulties.
On Wednesday, January 31, in an interview with Kwaku Nhyira-Addo for the Asaase Breakfast Show, Otchere-Darko declared, “I have retired from domestic politics.”
“But I get somehow frustrated by the narratives, and a big disappointment I have is with the governing New Patriotic Party itself, it is the lack of recognition of the work that they have done. For me, it’s a major disappointment,” he added.
