NDC to officially outdoor Naana Opoku-Agyemang as Mahama’s running mate for 2024 election

The National Democratic Congress (NDC) announced that their flag bearer, John Mahama, will have his running mate announced during an event on Wednesday, April 24, 2024.

The University of Professional Studies’ (UPSA) Kofi Ohene Konadu Auditorium will host the event.

The party’s national communication officer, Sammy Gyamfi, stated in a statement that everyone attending must be seated by 4:00 pm, when the event will start.

His Excellency John Dramani Mahama, the NDC’s flag-bearer for the 2024 general election, as well as representatives from the party’s council of elders and functional executive committee will attend the occasion. A wide range of notable guests from the Diplomatic Corps, the Clergy, Nananom, Women Groups, academia, representatives of Civil Society Organizations, Labor Organizations, and the Creative Arts will also be present, along with members of Parliament.
