Dr. Matthew Opoku Prempeh, popularly known as NAPO, the vice presidential candidate for the New Patriotic Party (NPP), has boasted about the party’s accomplishments and asserted that the NPP has a superior track record in political office than the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC).

To maintain the progress made thus far, he asked voters to support NPP presidential candidate Dr. Bawumia.

Speaking to the chiefs and residents of Tepa Traditional Area on Wednesday, he gave his assurance that President Nana Akufo-Addo’s excellent deeds will be carried out by Dr. Bawumia’s administration.

As a result, he counseled the voters to evaluate the accomplishments of the NPP and NDC in government and to support the NPP, which has a stronger track record.

“The NPP has better records in government than the NDC. The NPP introduced free SHS, a nursing training allowance and stopped intermittent power cuts aka ‘Dumsor’, among others.

“We have also constructed roads, built schools and worked assiduously to ensure massive transformation in all sectors in the state so we deserve another term,” he said.

He stressed that the NDC is no longer an option, claiming that the alternative, the NDC, was thrown out of political office because of their appalling performance in government.

Napo urged the people to “compare NPP and NDC records and vote massively for Dr. Bawumia and all NPP parliamentary candidates on December 7.”
