On Tuesday, October 8, 2024, Prof. Jane Naana Opoku-Agyemang, the National Democratic Congress’s (NDC) vice presidential candidate, starts a two-day campaign tour to the Eastern Region.
Prof. Opoku-Agyemang will tour important constituencies as part of the John Mahama for President 2024 campaign, including Akuapim South, Nsawam-Adoagyiri, Suhum, New Juaben South, Yilo Krobo, Lower Manya Krobo, and Asuogyaman, where she will interact with locals and ask for their support.
The purpose of the journey is to increase the NDC’s visibility in the area and mobilize support for the elections scheduled for December 2024.
During the tour, Prof. Opoku-Agyemang will primarily address issues that are specific to the area and give the NDC’s future vision, which is led by John Dramani Mahama.
The last day of her campaign tour is Wednesday, October 9, 2024.
