In a Facebook post shared late Monday afternoon, Mr. Genfi sought to clarify rumors regarding the aircraft’s ownership after the tragic event in Tema Community 1

“We have received reports of a fatal crash involving a privately owned microlight aircraft at Tema Community 1 this afternoon,” the Deputy Minister wrote.

“We wish to clarify that the aircraft is not owned by the Ghana Armed Forces.”
