Nkrabeah Effah Dartey, the attorney for accused Chinese galamsey kingpin Aisha Huang, has predicted that the New Patriotic Party (NPP) will triumph in the impending presidential election in December 2024.

He asserts that the NPP has outperformed Ghana’s main opposition party, the National Democratic Congress, in terms of managing the country’s economy (NDC).

The attorney said in an interview with Kofi TV that Ghanatodayonline.com was watching that the Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo administration would find solutions to the nation’s present problems in the two years before the elections and regain the trust of Ghanaians.

The NPP will undoubtedly prevail in the upcoming elections. I don’t believe the NPP to be perfect; we are not. NPP: None of us are angels.

However, the NPP manages Ghana’s economy better than the NDC.

“So, the NPP will win the election. We are going to break the eight. And we are going to select a flagbearer who will wave a new flag and we will win the votes,” he said in Twi.

“Remember, we still have two more years, all NPP members listening,” he urged.

The biggest issue halting Ghana’s advancement, according to former minister of state and member of parliament Effah Dartey, is corruption in government.

The government can solve many problems if it can significantly reduce corruption, he continued, even though the entire world is facing many difficulties.
