With effect from April 5, 2023, Scancom PLC (MTN Ghana) has announced the suspension of their MTN Data Zone bundle.
We really regret that we have been unable to reach out to more of our prestigious customers with this issue outside of service activation channels. This press release aims to shed more light on the situation.
The unique Data Zone bundle has been suspended since it is no longer the cheapest offer in the market, as required by the Significant Market Power (SMP) guidelines that were applied to MTN Ghana in June 2020.
“We are currently engaging and collaborating with the Regulator, as we seek alignment on a revised Data Zone bundle to be reinstated as soon as possible. We will notify you in due course of further developments”.
MTN Ghana has created the Data Zone bundle, which offers customers a 1-day validity bundle at a discounted price at the point of purchase. Use the Short Code 135 to subscribe.
