Three experiential centers were established by MTN Ghana to provide customer assistance for Kwahu Easter celebrants as part of its commitment to offering the greatest customer experience.
The Nkawkaw, Mpraeso, and Obomeng experiential centers were built to help clients with any problems they were having with their phones or the MTN network. SIM registration, SIM swapping, pin reset, PUK requests, 4G upgrades, MoMo registration, and transactions were just a few of the services offered. Moreover, stands that could help clients with their needs were set up in strategic locations throughout Kwahu.
During MTN’s participation in the Kwahu Easter festival, Ransford Gyan, the area sales manager for MTN South East Business Region, spoke to the Traditional Council at Abene and remarked, “MTN Ghana is committed to serving our customers with excellence and with pride. As a business, we understand that our customers are the lifeblood of our business”.
“Without our customers, there would be no MTN Ghana, that is why we take our commitment to serving them with excellence very seriously. Serving with excellence means providing our customers with the highest quality service possible”, he added.
Together with bringing our services closer to Kwahu’s residents, MTN supported this year’s Kwahu Easter festival by giving the Kwahu Traditional Council goods worth GH47,200.
The donation was GH 35 000 in cash, GH 3 500 in airtime, and GH 8 700 in various drink baskets.
The Chiefs and members of the Traditional Council expressed their gratitude to MTN for its ongoing assistance to the Kwahu Traditional Council as well as its consistent sponsorship of the annual Easter festival.
