An armed robber who become arrested through the Police at Sefwi Nketieso withinside the Western region has been passed a sixteen-year prison time period by the court of confidence jurisdiction.
The convict, Isaac Addae on May 29, 2022, visited his sufferer, a gold buyer, with the pretext of selling him a few golds.
When the sufferer took him to his room to weigh the stated gold, Isaac Addae pulled out a knife, stabbed him, robbed him of a quantity of GHC15,000.00 and a cell phone.
On June 9, 2022, he was given sixteen years imprisonment in hard labour through the court after he pleaded responsible to the costs introduced towards him.
On why the police display his full photograph, they said Isaac Addae has been duly convicted and is not a suspect, that was why he displayed his picture in keeping with their new preferred working procedure.
The police is urging the general public who can recognize him in reference to different crimes, to kindly get in touch with any Police station near him for additional action.
