The 2023 CAF U23 AFCON, which will take place in Morocco from June 24 to July 8, has qualified Ghana for the tournament.
With a 2-1 victory over Algeria on the road, the Black Meteors qualified.
The Black Meteors struck once more in the second match at the Baba Yara Stadium thanks to Issahaku Abdul Fatawu.
In the first match, which finished 1-1 in Annaba, Algeria, four days prior, the Sporting Lisbon forward struck a thunderous goal.
The outcome offers Ghana another chance to compete for a spot to participate at the Paris-hosted 2024 Summer Olympics.
Ghana barely lost out on a spot in the 2019 Olympic Games after losing to Ivory Coast on penalties in the last U23 AFCON semifinals.
