Bridge the gap between leadership and grassroot – Researcher to NPP executives

Director of Research at the Kumasi Technical University’s Institute of Research, Innovation and Development – IRID, Dr. Smart Sarpong has tasked the newly elected NPP national executives to ensure contest communication and availability between them and the party base.

Speaking on the sidelines and aftermath of the ruling party’s national delegates conference, Dr. Sarpong stated that the previous executives were blamed by some grassroot member of not been accessible and neglect and therefore cautions them to make a total difference to wipe that claims off the party folks mindset.

Speaking with host of Otec FM’s morning show Nyansapo, the pollster pointed out the new General Secretary Lawyer Justin Frimpong Kodua to intensify his style being a grassroot man to bridge the gap between national leadership and the grassroot members.

“Kodua is known to be a grassroot person so now that he’s the General Secretary, he must do more to bring everyone on board” he added.
