E/R: Ghana Post is leveraging on technology to advance operations

The Eastern Region Manager for Ghana Post Company Limited, Madam Carolyn Evelyn Pealore Ajago, has disclosed that the Ghana Post’s efficiency and turnaround are owed to its aggressive use of technology, which is now driving the new path.

She claims that the company has given technology top priority in all facets of its operations, which has led to the change’s success in the company’s new area of focus.

The announcement was made by the Eastern Regional Manager of the Ghana Post in an exclusive interview with Kaakyire Kwasi Afari of Afeema FM on Tuesday, October 11, 2022 in the regional Secretariat in Koforidua.

In order to achieve a better world by raising the level of life for all people, Madam Ajago has promised to provide Ghana Post customers, partners, and stakeholders with assurances of her dedication to doing so.

She said that expanding the fleet of the business would allow for more operations, technology, and market penetration for everyone.

According to Madam Carolyn Evelyn Pealore Ajago, the Ghana Post in the Eastern area is ready to deliver top-notch customer service to set itself apart from competing businesses.

According to the regional manager, since Ghanaians are looking forward to seeing a postal service driven by technology and innovation to deliver essential quality service, Ghana Post is and will continue to leverage on Technology to change the scope of their service to suit the interest of its clients.

She said the various innovative services of the company had been designed and tailored to meet the needs of the changing society, noting that people could easily send and receive items nationwide.

“We have done a lot of innovation in Ghana Post. A lot of Technology has come to boost our business so we’re not stagnant, we are developing with technology” she said.

As part of efforts to transform agency operations into a top-tier digitalized service delivery institution, a new Scuttle Parcel Box has been unveiled.

The digital addressing system slot in the Scuttle Parcel Box, she continued, is an anti-theft innovation that would aid and assist the parcel delivery officials in locating potential customers.

According to Carolyn Ajago, these actions taken by Ghana Post will deliver packages to people’s doorsteps and, more significantly, provide customers with quick, dependable service both domestically and abroad.

Madam Evelyn Pealore has urged Ghanaians to use the company’s 24-hour services, including its newspapers, postal service, courier service, financial services, e-commerce, GhanaPostGPS, and other offerings, in order to assist the business prosper.
