Kwabena Owusu Aduomi, a former Member of Parliament (MP) for the Ejisu Constituency, has announced his plan to compete in the next by-election as an independent.
The New Patriotic Party’s primary to choose a candidate for the same election is one day away from this announcement.
The decision to leave the NPP is attributed in a press release from the former MP’s team to the party leadership’s reluctance to confront serious issues with the voter roll.
