Eugene Arhin, the presidency’s Director of Communications, has been chosen as the New Patriotic Party’s (NPP) parliamentary candidate for Awutu Senya West.
In the Saturday, December 2, 2023 primary, he received an overwhelming 862 votes, compared to Amos Kofi Opei Okai, his closest competitor, who received 118 votes.
Gizella Tetteh Agbotui of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) is presently holding the parliamentary seat in Awutu Senya West.
