The New Patriotic Party’s (NPP) running mate, Dr. Matthew Opoku Prempeh, has received high marks from Hon. Francis Asenso Boakye, Minister of Roads and Highways, who called him the greatest minister in Ghanaian history.
With Hon. Francis Asenso Boakye’s resounding support, Dr. Matthew Opoku Prempeh’s standing as a top-performing minister has become a valuable asset for the NPP as it prepares for the 2024 elections. The running mate’s ability to swing votes and ensure an overwhelming victory for the party is further highlighted.
Asenso Boakye believes that Dr. Prempeh is the best person to run for vice president because of his outstanding work in every role he has had.
Speaking on Saturday, September 4, 2024, during the NPP’s Health Walk-in, the Bantama MP praised Dr. Prempeh’s terms as Minister of Education and Energy, respectively, as the best in Ghanaian history.
Residents were exhorted to vote the NPP in the approaching elections by Asenso Boakye, who assured them that the nation will greatly benefit from Dr. Prempeh’s vice presidency.
He underlined that supporting the NPP is a way to show appreciation for Dr. Prempeh’s devoted commitment to Ghana.
The support from the Roads Minister coincides with the escalation of NPP campaigning ahead of the 2024 elections. Asenso Boakye’s commendation of Dr. Prempeh highlights the party’s faith in its ticket and determination to hold onto power.
