The Member of Parliament for Kwadaso Constituency in the Ashanti Region, Dr Kingsley Nyarko has cut the sod for construction of six-unit classroom blocks for Techiman Presbyterian primary and Nyankyer3nease Methodist Primary schools respectively in the Kwadaso Municipality.

In a statement to the media, Dr. Kingsley Nyarko said that the enrollment of the aforementioned institutions has grown, necessitating an increase in the number of classrooms for each institution.

He declared that he will continue to make it a top priority to guarantee the availability of high-quality education at an accessible price.

According to him, education remained a vital tool to personal and national development, especially with the introduction of the Free Senior High School (SHS) education.

When the project is finished, according to Dr. Nyarko, it would not only improve the learning environment for the students but also comfort the teachers and boost academic achievement.

Additionally, he recommended parents to spend money on their children’s education rather than pointless activities because education is the only path to success and is a gift that cannot be taken away from your children.

In an interview with the media, the Chief Executive Officer of Clean Vision Construction Company, Mr. Mensah Ampofo Sam, said the government, through the ministry of education, had created a design known as the “u-shape” for the country’s classroom buildings.

The project would be finished in less than six months, he noted.
