John Dramani Mahama, the leader of the main opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC), has promised to finish a number of projects started during his administration that the New Patriotic Party (NPP) government in New Edubiase is said to have abandoned.
Speaking about the matter in New Edubiase while on his “Building Ghana We Want Tour,” Mr. Mahama emphasized his dedication to completing the unfinished business in the constituency, which included school projects, road networks, and roads.
Mr. Mahama expressed concern that the current government had neglected the initiatives he had started in the New Edubiase Constituency, which is currently represented by an NDC member of parliament.
He called attention in particular to incomplete school projects and the state of various road networks and town roads.
Mr. Mahama presented his plans for all-encompassing development in the region, promising to not only finish unfinished projects he had started but also to deal with unfinished projects started by the NPP.
The Chief of New Edubiase, Nana Oguahyia Oduropanin Bikroan, echoed Mr. Mahama’s commitment and expressed disappointment at the community’s crucial projects being neglected.
The chief emphasized how critical it is to finish these projects for New Edubiase’s overall development and well-being.
