Former President John Mahama, the National Democratic Congress’ (NDC) likely flagbearer, has urged his party’s branch-level executives to work hard and campaign for the party to win the 2024 Presidential and Parliamentary Elections and assured them that he would provide them with the necessary logistics.
Prior to the NDC’s presidential primaries, slated for May 13, 2023, he made the appeal while on a two-day campaign visit in the Western North Region.
“I will do all I can, as I have always done, to provide the necessary campaign logistics and it will be your duty and responsibility as branch executives to work hard and mobilize all the votes in your electoral areas for a decisive win in December 2024”, he assured the executives.
The 10th visit on his 16-region tour, former president John Dramani Mahama is in the Western North Region to campaign before the National Democratic Congress (NDC) presidential primaries on May 13. His Special Aide Joyce Bawah Mogtari made the following statement: “He has so far visited 179 constituencies in ten regions, meeting more than 251,000 delegates on his rounds.
During his two-day tour to Western North, Mr. Mahama will visit nine constituencies before moving on to the Ashanti Region for the second phase of his campaign there, according to the press release.
