A man in his 30s who was killed after falling from a coconut tree at Offinso Dome in the Ashanti Region’s Offinso South Municipality.
According to reports, the deceased, who was only given the name K2, passed away instantaneously after falling the coconut tree.
According to a source in the neighborhood, the incident happened on Monday, October 18, 2022, at 3:00 p.m., after the victim attempted to obtain a coconut but instead fell from the tree and perished.
According to the information gathered, the deceased had gone to the area to pick coconut for his own consumption and was not the owner of the coconut.
Unknown factors may have contributed to the person’s fall from the tree, although locals said he landed on some concrete blocks that were under the tree.
The deceased’s body was later placed in a mortuary by local police.
