Toyota Hilux crashed into a building at Fawoman, killing one and injuring three

A Toyota Hilux collided with a building at Fawoman in the Atwima Mponua District of the Ashanti Region, resulting in the confirmation of one death and the hospitalization of three more.

Some residents claim that the vehicle veered off the road and struck the house, resulting in the fatal accident.

Mr. Kofi Mensah, a resident, told OTEC News Reporter Jacob Agyenim Boateng that the graphic incident occurred on Wednesday, January 3, 2024.

He disclosed that the vehicle bearing license plate GN-1988-20 went out of control, struck a nearby home inhabited by a family of four, and instantly killed one of them.

He mentioned that the three people who had serious injuries have been admitted to the hospital to receive care.

He revealed that he, the matter has been reported to police for further investigations.
