In the midst of a heated media dispute with the party’s National Youth Organizer, George Opare Addo, alias Pablo, Sammy Gyamfi, the National Democratic Congress’s (NDC’s) director of national communications, has turned to the Bible.
On December 13, Sammy Gyamfi had an opportunity to answer to claims brought against him by George Opare Addo about how he acquired a home in a posh Accra area despite not having previously had a job following his graduation from law school.
Sammy Gyamfi stated that he was not incorrect to support a different candidate against Pablo in a recent National Youth Organizer race in his initial reaction to the issue, and he vowed to respond to Pablo in due time.
He turned to Scripture in his reply on Tuesday, December 13 in the late hours.
“Proverbs 26:4-5 on my mind; Answer not a fool according to his folly, lest you be like him yourself. Answer a fool according to his folly, lest he be wise in his own eyes” Sammy Gyamfi tweeted.
In the competition that Pablo ultimately won, defeating Genfi for the second time in a row, he backed Brogya Genfi.
The vote’s outcome and the method utilized were both criticized by Genfi.
