John Mahama, an aspirant for the presidency of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), is anticipated to start his three-day campaign visit in the Western Region on Friday.
In order to spread his message of expanding the party and its structures beyond their current state, mobilizing resources to help canvass aggressively for votes to win the 2024 elections, and about his agenda to build the Ghana we want together, he will be interacting with branch and constituency executives from all seventeen (17) constituencies of the region.
“Mr. Mahama is entering the Western Region from Ashanti where he visited and interacted with executives from twenty (20) out of the forty-seven (47) constituencies in the region,” Joyce Bawah Mogtari, a spokesperson, explained in a news release on March 23, 2023.
After launching his campaign at the University of Health and Allied Sciences close to Ho, John Mahama traveled through the Volta, Bono East, Ahafo, and Bono Regions.
According to spokesperson Joyce Bawah Mogtari, the journey on Friday would begin in Daboase in the Wassa East Constituency, travel via Shama and Mpohor, and end in Kwesimintsim.
