Aisha Huang’s prosecution by Dame has my full support – Nana Addo

The notorious Chinese national Aisha Huang is accused of indulging in illegal mining in Ghana with impunity, and President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo says he fully supports the Attorney General and Minister of Justice in bringing charges against her.

Aisha was recently detained again in Ghana when it was claimed that she had fabricated some documents to enter the country following her previous expulsion.

In a speech at the opening of the Ghana Bar Association’s annual conference in Ho, President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo stated that he would help the Attorney General in bringing charges against Aisha Huang.

The President also encouraged the Judiciary to see that Aisha Huang received all of the penalties stipulated in the updated Minerals and Mining Act (ACT 2019). (ACT 995).

Aisha Huang’s unlawful mining activities led to her deportation in 2018.Many felt that she should have been prosecuted instead of deported, hence the deportation was criticized.

According to reports, she crossed a land border from a neighboring nation into Ghana. Additionally, Huang En is listed on her Ghana Card.

The Attorney General intends to review both Aisha’s earlier offenses and recent ones.She is accused of engaging in the sale and acquisition of minerals as well as illegal mining.
