Asokwa’s Member of Parliament (MP), Madam Patricia Appiagyei, has endorsed Alan Kyerematen for the position of the NPP’s incoming flagbearer.
Yesterday when Alan Kyeremanten turned in his nomination papers at the Party Headquarters in Accra, the MP was giving a press conference.
She declared that she is prepared to mobilize backing for Alan Kyerematen, whom she referred to as “God sent” for the ladies of Ghana.
She claims that Alan Kyeremanten’s actions while serving as the country’s trades minister and his tireless efforts have benefited women.
“Alan Kyeremanten recognises the hard work women do and will make our work more profitable. He hasn’t let women down when he was the trades minister. He put in place measures that helped women and their businesses flourish,” she said.
Alan Kyerematen is the sole candidate who will change Ghana for the better and benefit every single Ghanaian, according to Hon. Patricia Appiagyei.
“As a Member of Parliament, my constituency and those of my fellow MPs will profit. There will be positive changes in our society. Accepting the need for positive change, let’s cast a huge number of votes for Alan. She murmured, “Aduru no So.
If the Trade and Industry Minister were chosen as the NPP’s presidential candidate, she also promised to rally the women in her district to support his campaign.
She asserted that the NPP would find it simpler to sell Alan Kyerematen to Ghanaian voters than it would any other candidate.
According to Patricia Appiagyei, Alan is a candidate who can be proudly introduced to Ghanaian voters since he is marketable. The NPP would undoubtedly base their campaign on Alan’s potential as a result.
She praised his credibility and stated that Alan has earned a reputation as a fierce competitor for the party’s leadership.
The success of the election will depend on how fair and free it is, according to Alan Kyeremanten, whose nomination papers were approved by the Committee. He therefore urged the party hierarchy to make every effort to hold a fair election.
