A 30-year-old man named Alandawin Godfred popularly known as (Godey) has allegedly murdered two women at Tepa-Bomfa in Ahafo Ano North municipal in Ashanti region.
Eye witness who spoke to Otec FM news reporter, Ebenezer Owusu Ansah explained that the suspect Godey was said to have had a misunderstanding with Kofi Elijah for allowing their animals to feed on his farm.
He however sharpened his cutlass and went to their house and met the wife of Kofi Elijah, Asibi 26 years and Racheal 19 years and butchered them in cold blood.
After killing the wife and the sister rushed to Kofi Elijah Rice farm but luckily for Elijah he first saw Godey with the cutlass with cold blood so he took to his heals and run away.
Alandawin Godfred later went to Tepa divisional police station to report himself.
Some residents of Bomfa who went to report the incident to the police and met the suspect at the police call for him to be released so that they can lynched him. The Police has transferred the suspect to Ashanti Regional Police Headquarters for investigation to begin and the bodies of the deceased has been deposited at morgue for an autopsy.
