“Corruption is getting out of hand under this current administration, under My administration, I will not shield any of appointees who will engage in corruption,” John Mahama said.

If John Dramani Mahama, the former president, gets reelected in the general elections of 2024, he has declared that he will not shield any of his appointees who commit acts of corruption.

He declares that he will permit any act of corruption involving his appointees to be looked at by state investigative agencies.

As part of his “Building The Ghana We Want” tour, the National Democratic Congress (NDC) flagbearer accused President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo of covering up for his appointees who are suspected of participating in corruption on Monday, November 20, while speaking to wood vendors in Techiman.

“The president absolves his appointees who are charged with corruption even before state institutions look into the matter,” he stated.
