Dr. Frank Amoakohene, the Ashanti Regional Minister Designate, has pledged to cooperate with NPP Members of Parliament in order to promote regional development.
Dr. Amoakohene is committed to creating a friendly relationship in order to accomplish development objectives, even though the bulk of NPP members are from a different party.
Dr. Amoakohene stressed his goal to make sure that all Metropolitan, Municipal, and District Chief Executives (MMDCEs) collaborate closely with MPs in order to expedite regional development during his Monday hearing before Parliament’s Appointments Committee.
This commitment supports the optimism around Dr. Amoakohene’s appointment because Kumasi locals see him as a young, dynamic leader who can improve the condition of the region.
