Former President John Dramani Mahama, according to Richard Ahiagbah, Head of Communications for the New Patriotic Party (NPP), has nothing fresh to give Ghanaians.
This comes after President Mahama declared at the beginning of his campaign in Ho that he had examined Ghana’s issues for the previous five years and had gathered solutions.
“Some have lost all hope in the democratic process and believe that democracy is no better than other forms of governance.”
“Our present state and its effect on the people trouble me a lot, and this is why, as you have observed, at every significant or wrong turn of the decision taken by this government, I have, with the benefits experience I have acquired, provided alternative solutions and even offered the expertise and knowledge of some of my party colleagues to help get us out of these challenges,” said Mahama.
Richard Ahiagbah, the NPP’s director of communications, responded to Mahama’s remarks in a text by saying that Ghana is aware of Mr. Mahama’s appalling behavior as president.
He maintained that when offered the chance to lead the nation, Mr. Mahama was a failure.
The lawmaker claimed that Mahama had undergone trial and error before being rejected.
