NPP Parliamentary primaries: Tafo residents rally support for Dr Louisa Serwaa Donkor

In order to allow Dr. Louis Serwaa Donkor to run for the party’s parliamentary seat in the Tafo Constituency in the Ashanti Region in the 2024 elections, a large number of residents are pleading with the delegates of the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) to support her.

Residents have noted that the NPP’s Dr. Louis Serwaa Donkor will boost the party’s fortunes in the seat come election day 2024, since the majority of voters are unhappy with the incumbent MP’s poor performance.

The people said that in order for the Executive Director of the National Alternative Livelihood and Employment Program to assist the constituency, they are excited to vote for her.

The residents in an interview with reporter, Tracy Essel say they will not only vote for Dr Louis Serwaa Donkor, but will campaign vigorously for her if delegates were to nominate her as the parliamentary candidate for the NPP.

The residents explained that they have tried all the male candidates in the area, and haven’t achieved any significant results, adding that Dr Louis Serwaa Donkor who is yet to become an MP, has single-handedly embarked on numerous activities to support youth in the constituency.
