The judge hearing the ambulance case has determined that there was no directive from Godfred Dame for Richard Jakpa to incriminate Ato Forson, according to the audio conversation between Jakpa and the Attorney General.

Applications to stop their prosecutions were made to the court on the substance of the recording by Ato Forson and Richard Jakpa.

The audio conversation was submitted as one of the exhibits to back up Dr. Cassiel Ato Forson’s request for a mistrial.

Judge Afia Serwah Asare Botwe evaluated the recording’s content in her decision to reject the mistrial application. She also overruled the Attorney General’s objection to the submission of the pen drive with the audio.
