On Saturday, August 17, 2024, Amb. Edward Boateng, the Chairman of the Ashanti Region Reconciliation Team, held an important meeting with former constituency party executives in Ejisu.

This was done in an intentional attempt to ensure maximum unity within the Party in the Ejisu constituency in the Ashanti Region ahead of the 2024 elections.

The meeting, led by Ing. Dr. Kwame Agyeman-Budu, was intended to promote harmony and improve productive cooperation between the party’s regional leadership and members.

The recent interaction with Hon. Ing. Kwabena Owusu-Aduomi last week, during which comparable issues were brought up, was also the reason for the meeting.

The current member of parliament for the Ejisu seat, Hon. Kwabena Boateng (Esq), who also serves as the party’s Parliamentary Candidate, attended the crucial meeting. This is a strong indication of the group’s dedication to fortifying party infrastructure in order to win in December.

The importance of peace-building, unity, and cooperation within the Party in the Ashanti Region’s Ejisu constituency were among the primary focus highlighted.

According to the committee chairman, it is critical that all members collaborate in order to achieve a shared objective, especially as the party gets ready for the next election season. In order to guarantee that victory is attainable, he underlined that “A team divided in war struggles,” fervently urging collaboration and understanding.

In an effort to keep all parties in the area unified and concentrated on the mission at hand, the Reconciliation Team is still working tirelessly.

More events of this like will be planned in order to keep the party moving forward and settle any outstanding disputes, Ambassador Edward Boateng promised those gathered.
