Fair Wages and Salaries Commission invites CETAG to a meeting over indefinite strike

The Colleges of Education Teachers Association of Ghana (CETAG) leadership has been invited to a meeting by the Fair Wages and Salaries Commission (FWSC) this Friday, June 14.

The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the CETAG concerns that gave rise to the indefinite strike.

Today, June 14, 2024, is Friday, and the CETAG strike started.

The purpose of the strike is to voice their dissatisfaction with the government’s tardiness in executing the Arbitral Award Orders and agreed service conditions of the National Labour Commission (NLC).
