Founder and leader of the Liberal Party of Ghana (LPG), Mr Percival Kofi Akpaloo has disclosed that nominations have been opened for aspirants who want to contest for flagbeareship for the party.

He said nominations have been opened for all the 16 regions and they would like to work for candidates who want to go independently to contest in the party’s ticket in the 2024 elections.

Speaking in an interview with Isaac Osei Akoto (Kanu) on Otec FM afternoon political show dubbed ‘Dwaberem’ he said instead of going independent to spend money unnecessarily on delegates and at the end of the day your picture doesn’t appear on the ballot paper.

They should rather come and join the LPG, to save them money and their name will appear on the ballot paper.
