MTN Ghana started a campaign to show its appreciation for its clients and reaffirm its commitment to providing exceptional customer service as part of the 2022 Global Appreciation Week.
Employees of MTN are encouraged to express their gratitude for one another’s contributions to the success of the firm during the week-long Global Appreciation Week.
The brand was the focus on the first day.
On the second day of the appreciation week, MTN employees visited customers’ doorsteps in Ghana to complete the SIM registration process.
In the convenience of their homes and offices, customers enrolled.
Staff talked with consumers and answered their concerns in addition to SIM registration.
Customers of MTN also received SMS messages from the company’s CEO.
The final day was allocated to celebrating our communities, with the other days devoted to honoring outstanding team members and individuals.
Commenting on this year’s customer appreciation week, the Chief Customer Services Officer, Jemima Kotei Walsh said, “We want to thank all our customers for their support over the years. We appreciate your loyalty and we have you at heart. Therefore, we have dedicated our customer appreciation week to serve you in your comfort zone by bringing the SIM registration exercise to your doorsteps. We are undertaking this exercise across the country to ensure that every customer can conveniently register”.
She asked people to register their sims with the Ghana card right now if they haven’t already.
We are advising customers who haven’t started the procedure to link their Ghana cards using USSD *404# or use the MTN online portal at https://simregistrationportal.mtn.com.gh before they visit our touchpoints for the biometric capture, the representative said.
Customers can finish their registration by going to the closest service center and having their biometrics taken there.
As an alternative, clients can finish the registration by downloading the SIM Registration Self Service app from Google Play.
All 19 MTN operations observed Customer Appreciation Week.
