President John Dramani Mahama has made it clear that the 2025 National Economic Dialogue is an important step toward economic change and not only a token gesture or campaign promise.
“This gathering is more than just a symbolic exercise or the fulfillment of a campaign promise,” Mahama said during the March 3 opening session. It is a critical step in our shared duty to revitalize Ghana’s economy, rebuild trust, and create the prosperous future we all want to.
“Resetting Ghana: Building the Economy We Want Together,” was the theme for the programme.
The president emphasized the value of inclusive, problem-solving dialogue in determining the course of the country’s economy.
“Our nation stands at a pivotal moment, and the choices we make now will determine the trajectory of our economy for generations to come,” the President said
Mahama urged all parties involved to offer their thoughts and dedication to building a robust and inclusive economy.
