With immediate effect, the Technical University Teachers’ Association of Ghana (TUTAG) has called off its almost four-week strike that started on November 18, 2022.

This comes after the government team and the labor unions signed a Memorandum of Agreement and concluded their discussions.

To this aim, TUTAG asked its members at the 10 Public Technical Universities around the nation in a statement on December 10 to start working again on Monday, December 12, 2022.

The group thanked its members for their support throughout the process and added that the negotiations had also been honest and sincere from the Minister of Education.
