Akufo-Addo approves the appointment of 15 justices for the Court of Appeals

The president of Ghana, Nana Addo Dankwah Akufo-Addo, has given his approval to the nominations of 15 new judges for the Court of Appeal.

The nominations were confirmed after being forwarded to the president for appointment to the bench.

The new Justices will be sworn in by President Akufo-Addo on December 21 at the banquet hall of Jubilee House.

The members of this group are Mrs. Gifty Agyei Addo, Mr. Samuel Obeng-Diawuo, Justices Ackah Boafo, Asare-Botwe, Alex Owusu-Ofori, Emmanuel Ankamah, Jerome Noble-Nkrumah, and Mrs. Hafisata Amaleboba.

The remaining members of the group are Dr. Ernest Owusu-Depah, Mr. Patrick Kwamina Baiden, Prof. Mrs. Olivia Anku-Trede, Mr. Christopher Archer, Justice Charles Ekow Baiden, and Justice Stephen Oppong.
