On the Afigya Kwabre South Constituency of the Ashanti Region, Chairman Odeneho Kwaku Appiah, also known as COKA, a former chairman of the governing New Patriotic Party (NPP), has cautioned Ghanaian youth to focus their efforts and resources in areas where they would earn their daily bread.
The NPP stalwart advised the youth to follow leads where their safety, food, and housing are guaranteed in his message to the public on the first day of the new year.
In the statement sent on his social media accounts on January 9, 2023, he urged Ghanaians to be dependable and truthful with the people and places that provide them with a living.
He also made a call for patriotism toward Ghana the motherland in order to spur progress.
“Never ever follow someone in 2023 if provision of your meals, drink, peace or shelter is not assured. Whom you follow and where you work is where you will take your monthly salary”.
“Some people leave their work, position and take new appointments without knowing how much money they will earn from the new job. A lot of people are disappointed in life because they trusted their bosses and friends”
